Former Frontierland site
The former Frontierland site represents a major development opportunity. The masterplan puts forward a layout where a mixed-use scheme could be developed. Cedar Street and Grove Street are extended into the Frontierland site to provide important linkages through the area and to ensure that new properties are linked into the wider area of the West End.
Public spaces will be given a quality finish to reflect the importance of the area as a gateway to the West End.
