This is a zone of low level intervention, which means that although opportunities exist to carry out some refurbishment of the housing stock where necessary, no public sector investment is planned. However, there may be opportunities to assist home owners wanting to carry out home improvements through low cost finance initiatives, but again, no proposals are planned for this in the short term.
