Welcome to the second edition of the West End Bulletin and a lot has been happening since the first edition was pushed through your letterbox in January. This edition contains lots of information about the new Neighbourhood Management project coming to the West End and how it is going to help local residents tackle the issues which they have highlighted as the most important.

Inside this issue you will find updates of all the latest news on the developments of the Masterplan and how the West End Partnership has been making a difference to the local environment.

BUILDING WORK HAS STARTED

The refurbishment of some of the properties highlighted in the Masterplan has started.

Adactus Housing Association has begun working on Clarendon Road, converting guesthouses into family accommodation which will be sold for shared ownership. The properties are being remodelled into 3 bedroom family homes.

We hope that local neighbours won’t experience too much disruption and noise and we ask for your patience and understanding.
