The West End Partnership are joining in with the Winning Back Morecambe’s West End team and Lancaster City Council, by offering ideas for enhancements to the Battery and promenade. In addition to this the West End Partnership is also responsible for approximately £120,000 of European Regional Development Fund money to be spent on environmental improvements within the West End over the next 2 years. A favoured option for this money is to use it to create additional features and improvements on the Battery site linking in to the promenade and playground. |
